I'm 5'6" (168 cm), and the length works well, though I wouldn't mind if it extended a couple more inches. There are six massage modes, including a full-leg automatic program, targeted massage options, relaxation mode, and pulse mode. It also has three intensity levels. I've always been skeptical about massage devices not being strong enough, but even the lowest setting provides plenty of compression. Highly recommended.
